Booking Your Appointment
- Appointments can be scheduled online, via phone, or in person at our clinic.
- We offer a range of session lengths to suit your needs, typically ranging from 60 minutes to 90 minutes.
- Please inform us of any specific requests or focus areas when booking.
Before Your Appointment
- We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early, especially for your first visit, to complete necessary paperwork and relax before your session.
- For first-time clients, a brief health history form will need to be filled out to ensure we tailor your treatment effectively.
During Your Appointment
- Your therapist will discuss your health history and any specific areas of concern.
- You will be asked to undress to your comfort level. Privacy and modesty are always respected with proper draping techniques.
- Communicate with your therapist about any discomfort or preferences regarding pressure during your massage.
After Your Appointment
- It’s common to feel relaxed or even slightly drowsy after a massage, so take a moment to gather yourself before leaving.
- Drink plenty of water post-massage to help flush out toxins.
- Your therapist might provide you with post-massage care tips or exercises.
Cancellation Policy
- We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations without 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee.
Payment and Insurance
- Payment is required at the end of your appointment. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and offer health fund rebates for eligible clients.
- For clients claiming a health fund rebate, please bring your health fund card.
Ongoing Care and Packages
- We offer individualized treatment plans and packages for ongoing care. Discuss with your therapist for more information.
